@wootwoot123, why? frankly saying "huh, we'll just sell the translation as official" is dumb

for western market they have to give the textless uncensored version and go through an external publisher (or they'll break the law) which I hope wont print whatever is given them without a double check at the very least. whatever pirate translation there may be is pretty irrelevant, the J18 versions are retranslated
