Science fact: people suffering from "sleeping demon" ahve the impression of somebody weighing on their chest. This is due to a condition where consciousness still remains while the body enters sleeping mode, with heart and lungs slowing down their activity thanks to circadianer Zyklus. They feel like they loose control of their body, and as a matter of fact their body stop listening to them since they are sound asleep. This can be due to bad sleeping habits like pushing way too long before going to bed or not having enough sleeping time. Stress can cause lack of sleeping, wich causes more stress, forming a vicious cycle. A known cure is sleeping with somebody _NOT LIKE THAT, PERVERTS!_, more like actually sleeping, with someont to trust not far away. Even without being able to move, being not alone when facing problems is reassuring.
