Au contraire, it's really nice to have a realistic pills-and-scalpel gender transition, scars and all. And this doujinshi is superb, because i belive 3 out of 10 neowomen have had/are having this path in their lifetime (i.e. not-dysphoric-in-infancy neowomen).
