Unless I'm missing some kind of character-specific tic here, っ is not "tsu". It's a glottal stop. You can translate this a few different ways: a moan/grunt or just leaving the ellipses.

Also, idk why you removed perfectly good textless lettering like the ~!! on p.10 and then replaced them with wholly inferior versions lol You can just leave those in and remove the っs
