Archived images from this link, documenting the gifts drawn for mangaka and doujin artist Nolia (aka Center of Universe) as well as other illustrations by 'WCM'. Lots of early illustrations of Nina Purpleton from 0083 alongside some other works done in Photoshop CS2 possibly.
WCM's original website - www5e.biglobe.ne.jp/~wcm/
According to Nolia, WCM apparently went by Zen for some time before changing their handle to WCM. Zen/WCM suffered from health concerns and was constantly in and out of the hospital and worked when they could: http://www87.sakura.ne.jp/~cou/CG_wcm15.htm Zen's hospital stays are documented from 2000, 2002, and 2004.
Additional art included are gifts to Zen/WCM by Yuichi Hosaka of Chichikemo.
WCMs website went offline officially sometime around 2009 or 2010. Zen/WCM was constantly ill and is noted by commentors even back in 2004 to rarely update their website. When they did, it was strictly Nina Purpleton work:
Thank you for keeping WCM's art alive. He was one of the first to recognize the importance of Nina Purpleton's role in helping to bring about the NTR trope. Nina was one of the most hated female characters in anime when 0083 first air. Within couple of years it was one fothe hottest things going (though I don't remember when the term NTR was first coined or came into popular use). Not a whole lot of Nina fan arts, but WCM was there.
