This is how most school netorare stories would show what happens after the girl gets stolen.
Pair of love birds loving each other then appears ntrguy(Fukai) and makes the heroine their thing to fuck at their whims and MC finds out and falls to despair watching them. That's where most stories end.

I couldn't find where was said Honoka got raped but for me it was during summer vacation when Fukai (tall guy) organized a party at his house (he said "I scheduled everyone's schedule" which makes me think he set Honoka up to be the two of them alone and have his way with her) while MC was busy studying for his mock exams (maybe an excuse to work part-time to buy Honoka a birthday gift).
It was right after vacation was over (Honoka not answering his calls and ghosting his messages) and then Fukai makes a gloomy Honoka tell MC they're going out out of the blue then later MC finds them having sex on the very video club that had their most warm memories together and during the sex we see some vague words about a promise and a picture which it implies she was being blackmailed, classic netorare plot there.

Now in the present Honoka claims she's dead and demands MC to call her Kanon the prostitute (they're at a soapland), after angry sex they have make up sex and MC told her she still would have accepted her even she thought she was dirty after sleeping with many men, they tell each other how much they love(d) each other.

However that's mere illusion, the time is up and she has to get ready for her next costumer.
She says her farewells with a fake smile and breaks down crying right after, MC left after finally delivering the birthday gift he meant to give her back on their school days.
At the end MC gets a call from his daughter asking for a souvenir and his wife asks if his reunion went well, MC says yes that is all over as he deleted the gallery he made of Honoka on his phone.
The man finally moved on from his lingering feelings with a smile while Honoka is still broken as she pleases her costumer.

To me it doesn't feel like he is over her at all. The whole past is in monochrome minus the present when he's with her which is in color., At the end it switches back from color to monochrome meaning he's still stuck in the past.
