Some translation errors in this one
p2 「よく似合ってるよ」-> "You're all grown up" should be something like "That looks good on you."
p3 「僕が引っ越しちょうまで大の仲良しだったもんな」-> "After all, our bond was strong enough to make me move all the way here." should be "After all, we were super close before I moved away."
p13 onward, all instances of "Takkun" are actually 「たかくん」(Taka-kun). This is foreshadowing.
p20 「知らねーよ」 almost certainly doesn't mean "I don't care" here. He's probably saying he doesn't know where his brother is.
p20 This is less of a strict accuracy issue, but Makoto is speaking in a rough/manly way here, and the word choice ("sleepover", "silly") really doesn't portray that.

There are also some other questionable liberties taken, but as they're not strictly incorrect I won't bother pointing them all out.

Finally, it looks like you messed up the white balance or something when exporting the translated pages. Compare any page from this gallery to the raw's and note that these pages look washed out.

Oh jeebus.... I just got it. The person that Takato had the "agreement" with was actually a girl (you can see her boobs (well... the fact that she actually has them) on the last page) ー the same girl that Takato's brother actually has now. Takato thought the person he made the "agreement" with was a boy, hence why he decided to mindbreak and "marry" him. However, the girl's little brother evidently liked the Takato but had forgotten about him until something jarred his memory and he realised he had finally gotten what he wanted all along. Talk about mindfuck. This story was amazing.

For those of you in the audience that need clarification :

Guy makes promise with Brother A to marry eachother

Guy years later kidnaps Brother B years later thinking it's actually Brother A

Guy mindbreaks Brother B with drugs and sex and Brother B either genuinely believes he's Brother A now or just plays along to get fucked more

Guy finds out he's not actually fucking Brother A but actually his older brother (Brother B) that he didn't know existed

Brother A is seen in the last panel after having sex with some random woman who's his girlfriend, (this next part is pure speculation) it seems he's wearing two rings which could possibly symbolize he remembers the promise and still wants to marry Guy (one for himself and the other for the Guy)? Mostly just basing this off the fact the artist seems to be focusing on his hand for some reason at the end.
