My personally theory is that all these gender changed people are reacting to the new hormonal balance of their brain where unfamiliarity and the extent of the changes are triggering the same boy crazy behaivour you see in some teenagers with no mental defenses against the new desires. Give it a year or two and they'll have gotten used to it and settled down to the same normal levels you see in adults where they may enjoy sex but aren't going to jump anything that moves.

Western categorization applies as long as the author is not Asian. In practice, if you're Japanese enough to publish your works on DLsite in Japanese or something, you're probably Japanese enough.

Can someone confirm if artist is western or not? Paneling is left to right and the original language being English seems to imply it's western. Not sure why it's going under doujinshi. Even if the artist is eastern, shouldn't the class be "Manga" instead? It would be in the similar vein to webtoons, wouldn't it? None of the artist's links say their country of origin, but art from 2020 from this artist is in English and is even posted as a "COMIC", not as a manga or doujinshi. There's a bit of western property fanart like Elsa from Frozen, but there's not much to go off of.

I am of the opinion their work should remain classed as “Western” unless they speak up about their nationality. “I don’t want to be in this category” isn’t reason enough for reclassing and all their prior works have been classed as Western. Additionally, their work hold many consistencies with Western work, between being released originally in English, always being full colour, left-to-right panel order, and references to western properties like Frozen.
