hmm, while it is huge for 30 pages, the resolution is actually correct for 300 dpi printing... the texturing on solid colour areas makes png compression struggle though, jpg would be better (I tried page 19 as an example, which is 33M originally, slightly compressed jpg (92%) is 8.5M, which is completely indistinguishable, more compressed jpg (80%) is distinguishable, but the JPEG noise blends with the texturing, so effectively same quality, at 3.7M) allowing the gallery size to be like eight or a tenth the size...

For what it's worth, the PNGs do seem to be already optimized though.
