Assumption of it being ongoing is mostly based on his previous galleries (the "05" in the title is there for a reason) all following the same pattern of mostly updating through single page updates.

What does confuse me is that he uploaded https://e-hentai.org/g/2281075/b31683eb94/ first in the correct Western category, then disowned it and uploaded this in the Misc category instead. Technically this could be expunged as a duplicate of the other gallery but because that one is disowned it can't be updated so when the next page comes out bump this one out of expungement either way.

Alright, that's discouraged because dumping them in misc (which does significantly hurt the visibility of galleries because it is considered to be a thrash heap) is more of a last resort than a real solution, but I'll pull back the vote on the reclass then just to avoid it flip-flopping around in the future.
