Uh, where can I put tags and how?

Between the gallery statistics datablurb on the left and the options panel on the right, right under the gallery title, there is a space where tags are displayed.
At the bottom of that space is a field with "Enter new tags, separated with comma" prompt.
It also had "Tag" button next to it, on the right side, last time I checked.
By clicking on that field you will shift focus to it, and subsequently would be able to input the tags into it afterwards.
Press the "Tag" button to start the processing of new tags. All accepted tags would be displayed above the input field in green, while erroneous or unclear tags would generate an error message.
NOTE: some short tags may be eaten by parser without generating errors; thouse are generally considered to be mistyping, and ignored as such.
Green colouration indicated that you upvoted the tag, with adding the tag automatically uvoting it; red shews that you cast your vote against it, while black is neither one nor another.
Which brings us to: by clicking on the already existing tag in the tag space, the input field will be replaced with a set of options, including: upvote tag, downvote tag, display all galleries with that tag, return to entering new tags, or learn about the tag in the Wiki.
