This scan quality is very well, about the image quality, you should ask someone edit the scan files for you,
or you can learn how to adjust the color and fix the noise dot for the whole image.
You could try out Topaz DeNoise Plugin for Photoshop, or there should be a better software that gives you better results to adjust/edit those scan.
As I would said, you could reference the color tone from Ame sense' Twitter.

Oof. This Ame book had took fucking forever to get uploaded online.
