I've been aware of this guy for a while. His main thing is treating the elasticity of the vagina and anus like a challenge, and that comes with a shit ton of fetishes. Take your pick, he's done horse fucking, unbirth, both kinds of prolapses (anal prolapses aren't commonly done in my experience). All in rather disturbing detail.
