All the stories are set in the same Kingdom, some are relevant to a greater plot, others are connected by character cameo.
Chronologically speaking, the first story is "Foundation Of The Kingdom," the eighth story in the book. Two adventurous princes come to the dungeon of their castle following rumors of an evil witch sealed there. When they realize the seal have failed, the older brother, Asuka (Names will be spelled in romaji from this point onward, unless there is a intuitive translation available), was caught while the younger brother, Hiyone, escaped. The witch, Ueadera, being an omni-pedo (although she prefers shota, the reason why the princes were crossdressing), enjoyed Asuka, broke him after exploiting his inferiority complex and showing him that Hiyone didn't bring help, instead he resealed the dungeon gate, leaving Asuka behind. A corrupted and genderbent Asuka then swore to retake the throne that should have been hers, while Ueadera swore her "loyalty" to Asuka.
Then followed "That Is For My Own Sake," the seventh story in the book, showing Asuka tempting Ruby, a overprotective knight in charge of looking after the new prince Roya, bending and corrupting her by realizing her wish, creating a copy of Roya for her to let her lust loose on. Ruby decided to betray the Kingdom after overhearing the King considering marrying Roya with a princess from other country to form a truce, helping Asuka and broke the seal of Ueadera. Ruby then told Asuka that she will be traveling with Roya soon, and Asuka is free to do as she please after they depart.
"Beware of Lier," the second story, took some inspiration from Little Red Riding Hood. The heroine, Jirusye, can be seen in "That Is For My Own Sake" multiple times. In this story she is delivering an order from the palace, but succumbed to hunger on the way because she is a dumbass and forgot to eat. A thief called Nieru found her, and feed her drugged food , trying to rub her in her sleep, but the drug happened to be stimulant when consumed by furfolk, a drug-fueled Jirusye then raped Nieru completely unconsciously, then wake up and carry on her mission as nothing has happened.
The heroine of "This Is The Doing Of The Clown's Crown," the fifth story, can be seen in "That Is For My Own Sake," getting punished for losing the key to the seal of Ueadera, which Ruby stole. She seems to grow somewhat since then.
"That Is For The Prince's Sake," the first story in the book, tells Ruby was accompanying Roya on a journey. She finally acted when it was about to end, assaulted the prince and put a ejaculation-controlling seal on him. She then fuck him for the whole night and then imprisoned him, the last page shows a knocked up Ruby and who can only assumed to be Roya tied to a chair.
"Sound The Bell Of Blessing," the third story, is a round-of-the-mill nun corruption story, only catch is that the nun is a trap. But the pregnant woman shown at the start of the story looks suspiciously like Ruby.
The main character in "A Crow's Gratitude," the fourth story, is a knight from the Kingdom, who were save from mortal wounds by a witch he once helped. Toward the end the witch mentioned the state of the Kingdom: there is a war going on, evil witches are running amok, and the prince had gone missing, from these point we can tell this happened after "That Is For The Prince's Sake" at least, although "That Is For Your Own Sake" would also fit.
The ninth story, "That Is For Your Own Sake," is where the main plot ends. Ueadera and Asuka captured the present king, Hiyone, after breaking out of the dungeon, then turn him into his childhood self. Some good o' incest and threesome femdom after, Hiyone broke and become "The Fruit of Ueadera" alongside his brother. The last page shows a mother looking suspiciously like Ruby holding two kids who looks exactly like Asuka and Hiyone except hair color, down to the corrupted eye, hinting some form of reincarnation?
The heroine of "Welcome To The Devil's Inn!", the sixth story, can be seen in the end of "That Is For Your Own Sake," when she is still a child, shying away from a visitor behind an adult. The adult was never shown elsewhere in the book, but seems to be an acquaintance of Ruby judging from their exchange.
