While I would translate the title as "I want to hold Orin-chan", the the two readings for the word 懐く apply to this story. The first reading is だく or "to hold" (which can be done with cats, babies and princesses). The other is なつく or "to become emotionally attached", which is what happens to the protag over the course of the story.

Notes:

pg08 - The expression "having a cat's tongue" refers to people who are very sensitive to hot food. In the case of Orin, this is quite literal.
