@lastland that's not quite a hypnosis side-effect: it was her reaction to "being cheated on" (or at least watching her love interest fuck someone else).
It could be a hint towards a yandere ending (a la School Days), but as of now it looks like he's gonna be hit with consequences of recklessly abusing his power instead.

Prediction: Yume is the one with hypnotism powers, she's a Harmless type Yandere (see https://the-dere-types.fandom.com/wiki/Yandere) who is letting the MC run wild fucking as many girls as he wants to out of some weird Yandere love.
