I had scanned this previously with CZUR which was an overhead scanner which I realized sucks as it warps the text and isn't clean. I got a book scanner, Plustek A300 Plus, that scans into the binding much better and it's a flat pane scanner so it doesn't have the curves or warping.

I think these results are far better.
