So basically. The girl is twice divorced, probably because of her sadistic kink. The MC is a Masochist , and a massive simp. There is not a whole lot of plot, but in the green part, it is revealed that the girl has been cheating on the MC with a doctor at work (She is a nurse). Their chat reveals the MC has been pouring loads of money to stay in the relationship (The doctor mentioned he had bought her an expensive watch, and the doctor is suggesting the girl demand a Jaguar F-pace SUV next). The doctor refers to the MC as "her wallet", but also "her side hustle", because the BDSM they both enjoy and participate in.

At this point you might think the MC is a poor cuck, but it turns out, the line msg the MC sent revealed that the MC had also cheated on the main girl with an underaged female subsctiber (the MC and the MG runs a BDSM/Torture porn channel ). And the female subsctiber may have gotten pregnant, and because of it the parents of the subscriber is suing for reparations. Anyways, the main girl was gonna cut the MC's nuts out, but decided to wait in order to monetize it as a livestream. thats the "end"

The brown page is an alternate ending, where it continues where the "ending" left off. In that timeline, it is revealed that the main girl is pregnant and gave birth to a baby, with pretty similar features to the doctor she frequently cheats with (lighter coloured hair, which is a recessive gene. those of you who did punnet squares, you know what that means). But apparently, the baby "resembles neither the doctor nor the MC". She then thought to herself that although a DNA test would easily reveal the father, she prefers to keep it ambiguous. In order to live her life the way she enjoys.

It is not explicitly stated if she cut his nuts off before or after she got pregnant. But from her tone, it was before. So she doesn't know for sure either, there is a chance the baby could be the MC's.

Here are my thoughts on this, which differ a bit in focus than @G1nAndTon1c who talked about the epilogue as if it was the core of the story.

Kanojo-chan is someone who always finds that men are unwilling to commit to relationships, and is happy when Ore-kun tells her he'll go out with her after his second divorce is finalized (like @futsuna said, @G1nAndTon1c got it wrong, it's him who's divorced). But his massive psychological issues reveal themselves right after he moves into her apartment: he immediately quits his job and blames her for not having any ideas on an easy way to earn money, declares himself a househusband, breaks or sets on fire everything so he's banned from that, gambles away the allowance she gives him, ignores responsibilities, and so on. Finally, when she's had enough, she realizes the reason she doesn't dump him: his utter dependence on her is a perfect fit for her massive sadism. And so, she starts to discipline him, also taking it upon herself to teach him little ways to live in society better. Over the course of their relationship, he repeatedly cheats on her, briefly hit her out of anger, and says "it's actually kind of your fault you know!" every time, but she stays with him; pages 47-48 elaborate on this as she explains her mindset to Uwaki Onna #3. They also earn a fair amount of money from their femdom streams (this is the "side job" that Sensei refers to in the epilogue), and other money-making schemes Kanojo-chan comes up with like selling their Twitter account after making it blow up. It's also established at this point that while it's true they're going out, she's not considerate of his feelings, and considers kicking him out for an extended period someday just because the way he'd fall apart without her turns her on.

And yeah, the epilogue has a handful of further insights; she says he's somewhat deliberately pushing things with her (with his cheating) to see how much he can get away with, and it turns out that the doctor he "paranoidly" accused her of cheating on him with actually *is* sleeping with her; her job is a nurse at the same hospital (remember how she talked about how men are reluctant to commit? I suspect Sensei is a prime example). Don't treat everything she and Sensei talk about as the full truth, either; he obviously wants her to break up with Ore-kun. Yes, Sensei mentions that Ore-kun gives her gifts, but what boyfriend doesn't give his girlfriend gifts? It's likely that they split the money from their femdom shows, or that he's on disability since he's so messed up, so even without a job he has money to spend on her. It's never implied that he's specifically doing it "to stay in their relationship" so I disagree with what @G1nAndTon1c said. All things considered, she's arguably not that bad person, paling compared to him (@G1nAndTonIc already described the stunt with the pregnant girl), though I don't blame some people for having whiplash after Kakizaki Kousei portrayed her as a perfect angel in the early chapters.

From my perspective, the overall focus of the story is that they're two messed-up people who somehow work well together (my definition of "work well together" assumes you're a femdom fan who accepts these kinds of fetishes). It's not a pure love story, it's an erotic comedy with social commentary, so don't expect the former. I wouldn't expect a crazy story like this to have any connection to reality either, but Kakizaki Kousei sure knows how to stimulate my curiosity with all the crazy situations he listed out in the afterword...
