What do you mean? If you mean that NTR in general is "poorly-written", then thats like going to a musical and complaining about there being too much singing. This is NTR. The genre is the women falling for the NTRman's dick. The story here is the Generic NTR Plot, but that's fine! Most art just follows the genre. You don't need to reinvent the wheel every time. In fact its somewhat refreshing to have a solid but basic NTR that doesn't go all in on emasculating the MC. Faceless Blonde NTRman is a force of nature and randomly steals the GF like he does with everyone else, its not the MC's fault. All she needed to do was not go back to get the dick but she did. It leaves open to the reader if you want MC to be crying in a corner jerking off for the rest of his life, or gets over it quickly and moves on (with a bit of trauma), or anywhere in between.

Now onto the craft of making a good manga... this is pretty good.
1) Look at the intro!. First 3 panels slowly goes from sex to point of view of MC observing the sex, the only real text is the words from the MC upon discovering the NTR. Why? It was a flashback from MC's perspective! It was a dream (flashback). Why did he dream? He came across things that reminded him of his past, now introduce another flashback where he remembers his past. Pretty solid opening! Shows the author knows how to set up a story.
2) Efficient use of angles/cutouts. See page 33. School -> train station -> train. You know now that the GF is on the train going home. Simple but effective. Also allows the reader to guess that NTRman followed the GF (without spoiling ahead of time).

Obviously you can't call it a masterpiece, e.g. the art isn't the highest quality but it is efficient and not off-putting. But its certainly not poorly-written or poorly-crafted.

LN publishers should take a note from this guy and serialize every generic isekai plot out there because its fine and refreshing.
