Per CloudLou, April to June 2022 sets are Patreon-exclusive and will never be available on that platform or sold on Gumroad, not after the artist's surgery back in May 2022 and their recuperation afterwards. @black_sabbath exactly as you said. also Aug/Sep 2022 sets will also NOT be sold. However, artist was kinda hinting that those set might come back as additional Fanbox rewards, if I read between the lines correctly. Censored, but better than nothing. Official statement below:

"Rewards for the next 2 months (August and September) will be not on sale at Gumroad in later time. They will also be not included in any special bonuses as well. For example if we have a milestone special and we are giving big bonuses of past rewards, all other past rewards may be available except for rewards which are exclusive to Patrons on its respective month. This is the same for April and May rewards too, you will not be able to buy them at Gumroad.
So if you want them make sure to join our membership, or otherwise you missed them forever. They might appear at Fanbox, but in Fanbox it will be censored due to Fanbox rules. Last chance to get them will only be at its own month.
This is done to give exclusive benefits to people who are willing to support us on our rough times when dealing with our illness. We want to give one-time exclusive rewards that only those who supported will have them."
