So 2 things. First I can't really say it's ntr as the guy never finds out about this at all. Even then he has no real presence in the story so if the other girl wasn't there you couldn't really tell someone got ntr at all. Second this falls apart when you realize that all it would take is the boy literally firing her and she would have to move or force her to have sex with him at any time cause, without cash she can't survive regardless if she likes the other kid or not.
