The problem is that fetishism tends to inherently be granular, and indeed, the "[X] only" tags were created specifically to exclude specific genital configurations. Misusing tags benefits nobody, and hurts the people who are into those fetishes.

I believe a lot of problems would be solved by introducing "no [X]" style tags to complement those tags, though.
