Finally, two weeks for an English version.
Xpray seems to be falling victim to the condition of forgetting the difference between a comic and a pinup. When an artist starts putting all their skill and detail into every page, the release schedule gets so ridiculously slow that anyone interested in the story aspect of the comic is instead just getting monthly art. There's a balance to be found, or everyone, including the artist, ends up frustrated at the effort-to-release schedule ratio.

Weirdly enough this reminds me of touhou's Koishi Komeiji's Heart-Throbbing Adventure (KKHTA), where the author decided to bloat a singular part of the story, when in all honesty it could've been separated into different parts and make it so that the author could consider the other parts more carefully. The only difference here is, where KKHTA was already insane with it's story, so the bloat can be viewed as an expansion, here the story suddenly takes a left turn into exposition city to look into a what-if to a what-if. It's like that one mlp fan-comic where the author was using the story as a mouthpiece for his complaints, only to then take a left turn and be a story with a sudden mastermind and an extra twist that had no real justification for it being there. I think it was called End of a generation.
