I think the Male Sumo wrestler is small because it's a thing for the artist. Various male fat admirers prefer stuff with plump women and will do little with plump men. Sometimes being disgusted by having stuff with big men in their work or looking at images of fat guys. They likely are tired by how many fat men there are in fiction and very few fat women and thus want to do stuff to have more fat women. They also are into the dynamic of thin/muscular man fucking plump women. They rarely do pieces of a fat man screwing a fat woman. I think this is why we don't have a fat sumo fucking four fat women, the artist wouldn't find it sexy to think of a fat man screwing fat women. I also note how various Japanese works with fat women seem to be into femdom. They want big huge fat women bossing around tiny little men (This amazes me because of stereotypes given towards Asian men and it feels like them being aware or embracing said stereotypes by portraying men being tiny and subservient to big ginormous women). I think that's why this story doesn't have a tall fat sumo wrestler banging fat women. This would go against the desire to have a tiny, thin man bossed around by big fat women that the artist has. I am sure if the writer had different tastes or desired to be more accurate, we would have a fat male Sumo wrestler screwing four plump women. Though he could have a fat sumo wrestler being meek and bossed around by a sexually aggressive woman. I think for Fat FemDom, she needs to overwhelm men physically and emotionally by being sexually aggressive. This is easier with tiny thin men versus big blubbery men. I think Female Sumo wrestlers can easily give us women that are fat, strong and aggressive.

I now also realize another reason to not have a fat sumo wrestler screwing fat women, most Japanese men are not that big. I doubt they would fantasize about being big fat sumo wrestlers given that most of them tend to be small and skinny. They likely want to project themselves as a smaller man being bossed around by fat women versus identifying themselves as a big fat sumo.
