As Chihiro (sexroid) is about to expire, senpai basically suggests the dude to merge chihiro personality with hers or something along that line. How is this achieved I'm not 100% sure (sync chip?) You'll have to wait for someone who's fluent to read through it.

I want to say they have now merged and have basically become the same person but based on the last two pages I'm not certain. Once "senpai" woke up after the merge, she sucks the dudes dong and then laugh and says "so this is what/how it tastes like." Then on the next page with the close up, she says its salty and cries. Now here's the question: if they really have merged then why would that be surprising? Shouldn't that information already be known? Does this mean Chihiro has taken over senpai instead of a true merge? Then theres also the fact that the dude calling "senpai" by first calling her senpai then asks if calling her by Chihiro is fine.

Or maybe senpai personality is also damaged after the torture stuff and the only way for they both to live in some form is to merge? Idk.

I miss a lot of the explanation of the merge and its effect on page 163-165 coz it's too much trouble for me so if anyone who's good at Japanese could summarize those that'd be great.

TL;DR they merged and both personalities live on, but senpai essentially gave herself up for the android to live on

What @Futa777 said is basically the gist of it.
Senpai says that any android who hurts a human can't be allowed to live, even if they develop a sense of self of their own; the android is dying, and it's stated that there's pretty much no good way to save her, as finding replacement parts isn't the best plan, and the CPU will die extremely soon if not fixed up. Android tells them to leave her behind, MC tells her to shut up. Senpai says the one way they can fix android is to meld them together.
Assertion is made that they don't have the facilities necessary to do this, and that there's not enough knowledge on what happens when two personalities are merged (two consciousnesses? However you wanna say it), and that there's no way to know if the original will be lost, if the whole thing will fail, etc.
Senpai basically says that she was really glad that they came to save her, and it's kind of implied here that she's okay with giving up her life to save the android IMO (what with the fact that she was a junkie, she had been raped before, and she had resigned herself to death; then combined with the gratitude for them saving her she maybe felt a sense of obligation or at least wanted to pay android back), and wants to go ahead with it, but android tries to refuse.
Senpai then suggests a "king game" with sex, where the loser has to do what the winner says, and that's how that whole scene comes about. MC wins and android is still reluctant but she lost the sex game so them's the rules.

They merge and then it's a wake up scene. Kind of semi-ambiguous scene but I'm pretty sure it's not actually up in the air about the official ending and what happened. MC wakes up with a muddled head (not sure why he's all confused but whatever) and asks if he should call her senpai or Chihiro (which is what he called the android the whole time). Then he says to hold on, because his head is all muddled. The sound effect bubble says べちゃべちゃ which makes it seem like he nutted in her mouth, which is why she wasn't saying anything. So what I gather is that it's a wakeup blowjob scene, fitting with the android's personality; and then she speaks for the first time since the swap with a "PUAH!" like taking her mouth off, and then laughing in the really loud way that senpai did. She starts laughing about the taste in a crying-relieved way, and he asks why she's laughing, then we flip the page to see her happy tears and "It's so salty!".

The long and short of that means that the android's memories and personality merged with senpai's memories and personality. Some things were lost on the way over, and senpai gave up her body so that the android could keep on living, but the android still has senpai's memories and emotions, and way of speaking and personality, etc., but is also still the horny sex android personality she was before. It's not like a shared body deal, but both of their personalities live on as one in senpai's body. But also kind of the android got to take the main reins.
