It definitely reads better than other things he's uploaded, but I don't speak or read japanese so I wouldnt be able to confirm the quality of the translation, just that the english felt off in some places.

I'll just wait for someone like cutegyaru or rsx205 to see this TL before I judge too harshly.

I've blacklisted this uploader (the only one on my blacklist, in fact. Congrats.) I only sometimes disable the filter to see how shit things still are. You'll probably never see me tag his galleries simply because I don't see them lmao

I mean, he's had galleries tagged as "rough translation" as recently as... 3 days ago. He also pumps out 1-3 TLs a day. So yeah. That should answer your question.

The reason you think it reads better is that he most likely swapped which MTL he's been using with some very light editing (apparent because there's typos/bad grammar everywhere, and MTL doesn't do typos.) Modern MTLs (DeepL, ChatGPT) try REALLY hard to make their output at least grammatically coherent, giving the illusion of accuracy. To be coherent, the MTL will often omit or completely rewrite shit it can't parse, which is a lot.

Another dead giveaway is the resolution. I'm not an expert, but pretty sure some automatic scanlation programs will automatically resize images to complete garbage resolutions.
