@Dark-wings there is pregnancy, this gallery is incomplete. The Steam version is split between the main game and 3 "after-story" DLC that take place after the resort trip and they do feature pregnant sex. if I'm not mistaken in Japan it's all included in the same package, at a higher price.
Both galleries currently on this site are ripped from the Steam version and are missing all the after-story scenes.

Steam has a lot of vague rules about hentai stuff and games can easily get banned if they don't cut off all those parts that may violate the rules.
Don't buy hentai on steam, buy it on dlsite and use a text hooker(textractor) to translate it, you can get better results anyway.

In this case the steam version does have all the content, it's just split. My guess is that since this is an attempt at worldwide release the developer wanted to price the game the same as in Japan, but since the distributor is used to selling at steam for lower prices (they usually pick older games), Poison decided to split the content into a main game and 3 DLC so the full package has a similar pricetag.
Steam does have a bunch of regulations and nonsense but I guess for games like these that are mostly marketed to asia and have a slapped together MTL (and stuff steam usually complains about is in the "dlc") it slipped through the cracks.

Kind of feels like they used AI as a base for some of these images or something, the foot on page 247, the size of Alisa's tits varying so hugely in some CG, like in 290 vs 312, etc. Seems sloppy for being Minamoto otherwise.
