Images looks of low quality, though I appreciate the little effort you made with the doujin style work.
Way better than the image sets with hundreds random weird looking AI generated images.

Oh and make sure to add [AI Generated] at the end of the title next time and to post the gallery to the misc category, to make sure that people who don't like AI galleries doesn't have to see this. This might be a reason why the rating here is so low. ;)

Truth be told, I consider this "AI-hybrid" rather than "AI-generated".
I started with AI. But, AI didn't spend weeks image editing to make all of the visuals consistent. AI didn't do storyboarding, composition, script writing, or typesetting.

Even the USA Copyright Office agrees with me. It considers heavily modified AI works, such as this, to be copyright protected:

Because we don't use tags or categories based on that what the USA Copyright Office says but the wiki: https://ehwiki.org/wiki/misc#Flow_Chart
Also if we listen to the USA Copyright Office e-hentai probably doesn't exist ... ;)

In the end it's all about the images itself. The images are AI generated, so it's 3D and belongs to the Misc category.

also how heavily do you have to edit an image for it to become yours and not AI generated. cuz if all you have to do is chuck it in some boxes and add some dialogue the word 'artist' is gonna get stretched even thinner

@rvgomir: There is no "original comic" to enhanced from. An AI image is sourced from terabytes of data. Every image in the world was used to help create each panel in this doujin. That's how AI works.

You say? Is this your? Why do you think so? The image generated by AI does not have copyright, and there is currently no qualified standard for how much modification to this image can hold copyright. According to the standards of the US Copyright Office, without considering AI's infringement of artist rights, you can only have the copyright rights of text and typesetting at most. These are the results of your intellectual labor, and you do not have the copyright of the image because it is manufactured by AI and not the result of your labor, You can't claim to own someone else's belongings, that would show you're shameless

A bit stiff with the posing, especially since the facial expressions don't really fit what's being said, but pretty good for a first attempt. Keep it up.

I see AI as a way for us poor dude to express our idea visually in a private way, more works have to be done for commercial case. Personally think that human also learn style from preexisting works as well, so computer scientist need to ensure AI don't directly regurgitate the learning materials.

You don't have to use some law to try to convince others, there are already people who did what you did, and it was already judged that they don't have a copyright as the image doesn't have a human authorship. Even people who trace image is more of an artist than you.
