It's not really incomplete. All the pages are there, including the ad & registration page in the back. It's just out of order.

1999 was a blissful time in gaming. This was a fun game! A precursor to the Solatorobo & Little Tail Bronx games that were later released for the Nintendo DS. Fact: The characters from Tail Concerto would make cameo appearances in the later games. CyberConnect2 should re-release the whole franchise as a collection.
