It should be noted that 99% of the text has been replaced. At first I just wanted to fix the consistently messed-up apostrophes, but then I decided to correct a couple of spelling errors, and then to make some changes in grammar or punctuation or wording (hopefully while making no errors of my own). It's still the same font (or close) and the same content, just tweaked a bit--no offense to the author. Purists will have to go download and patch together their own versions.
