The people at the end are their parents. I think they are going with Isora (eldest daughter) to a spa, as four free spa passes were established earlier in the series, and it was uncertain who would go along with the parents. I guess it was settled that Isora and her fiance would accompany them, while Futaba and Miu (youngest sister) stay behind. The fiance isn't currently with them, but they'll probably meet up? Just guessing though.

Potentially a Kaede or Miu/Futaba scenario while they're gone, though I'm personally hoping that Futaba somehow also ends up at the spa, as she really wanted to go and I prefer her and Isora pairing, given the implications with the fiance lol

@latinlingo Futanari NTR is lifeblood for me lol. I hope more manga artists create works which feature it prominently, as it is relatively obscure, yet ticks all the right boxes haha.
