The second a futanari was revealed realism was out the window. As such, the miracle drug becomes perfectly believable.
The not waking up can be explained away easily with so many mundane reasons an actual explanation isn't really necessary, but will often destroy immersion if there is nothing to at least hint to a reason.

Just some advice for future endeavors; hints come before events, not after, as does characterization. Something like a character talking about how feminine he looks already or him doing feminine things. The underwear alone is not enough. And no, how you draw him doesn't count. For all the readers know, that shape is common for men in your world. This is especially true once you add in elements like futanari, that break all expectations of normal.

Also, while it might seem necessary to introduce all your characters at the start, don't. Even if it seems like a natural place to do so, like class introduction, only introduce the people that will be relevant in the next chapter. The majority of readers barely care about your main characters; they will not give two shits about your 20 side characters, no matter how relevant they are latter on. And worse, by time they do become relevant later they won't remember anything about them, let alone, your one line "characterization." This would be true even if you were to release your entire story at once and becomes even more problematic with over time releases. As far as I know, anyone other than the two boys won't be seen for another 3 months real-world time. And even then, I didn't need to know anything about them until after their interaction with MC and roommate.

And my final advice for now, is make every scene count. I understand that the whole reason why you brought the sister over to the apartment, but that whole thing ended up being a complete waste of time. Yours for the time it took to make and the readers for having to read it. Not to mention the damage to pacing. If you had shown the roommate and sister either hating each other or getting along that alone would have been an improvement and some characterization. Could also have had the sister give a story about how much of a femboy the MC was when he was younger. Even something as simple as the sister having to save the MC from not so tough bullies.
Honestly, almost half the pages in this story could be cut and very little would be lost.
However, I will say that the scene with the futanari teacher was mostly well done. The MC noticing the bulge the way he does and his reaction tells a lot about him. The teacher's inner dialog was over the top and unnecessary though. Her having a bulge and that look on her face was good enough to get the idea across. Even if you wanted to get the point across that she was crass; you could have done that in the comment after the MC leaves the room.

Anyways, I hope my advice was helpful and that you keep improving. You can only get better by practicing and you can only practice by doing.

People are also have the right to critique things. I do not remember how far along the story was at the time of your post, but It has been shown that Miyuki is, at least sort of, reflecting on her actions and realizes what she did was wrong. And she has been punished when the adults found out. And since the subject has been approached in story by the author it shows that [A Rubber Ducky] understands, at the very minimum, this is a thing that is not a good/rewardable action. And it is more of a character flaw than a flaw of the author.
Though, I do agree that there are far too many authors out there that think abuse and overreaction are not only acceptable but a moral action.

However, this story has hinted/foreshadowed that Haru has had a past that would push him into wanting it. Unlike most other stories where the MC likes it because it makes the MC "feel good." And is used to merely justify the author's own malevolent thinking, instead of being a proper story point. Which this story seems to be doing.

I started to skim after page 1,023. Initially, the drive of the story to me was to see the transition process and discovery. But theres not much of a plot now. Thats not a terrible thing. Plenty of people love soap operas and the pure drama they play with. Its just not my cup of tea I guess. The pregnancy thing is interesting, but seeing as you mentioned no gender_bender... she aint getting a pussy? Or if she does she becomes a Futa? Or are we going with butt birth lolol. Or a c-section I guess... Regardless, if pregnancy happens, I really don't think you can say this isn't gender_bender lol.

I realize this is sort of a "make it up as you go" comic, but if you want some ideas: The dream stuff at the beginning was sort of weird, and I was slightly intrigued by the direction that would go. I'm NOT suggesting magic. I'm more meaning perhaps there are more psychological things to play with? You've already gone past the point of acceptance when it comes to Haru, so you can't play off that tension any longer. Perhaps there is another form of tension you can play with in respect to that? Like, she's stated "I guess I'm a trans girl now" but perhaps this pregnancy hesitancy is because while she has been living in the moment, she hasn't fully seen her future as that of a woman, nor reconciled with her past identifying as a guy. Neither of these suggests she needs to think "LOL detrans now" or something like that ofc. But her grappling with that might make for some tension.

I'd suggest you could play more into the school sexual abuse stuff, but considering how our protagonist's gf assaulted her at the start, I don't think you're wanting to go that serious. Unless... you want to reconcile THAT bit too. Might be a bit more serious than you were intending I suspect, but in some senses.

Really, addressing earlier inconsistencies as larger overarching plot points tends to get convoluted real quick, but it does allow for some form of foreshadowing, even if initially unintentional, to sort of occur.

Anyways: Good job! I'd been avoiding this since its one of the longer ones on here, but I really did enjoy the beginning until it got a bit stale for me.

her family tradition of Futas never getting Impregnated was a key obstacle for her relationship with Haru, If Haru becomes a woman that problem would be solved but Miyuki will not get the chance to break the stereotype and grow as a character, however if Haru becomes a Futa, they can both impregnate each other, proving Miyuki's love for Haru trumps over her family tradition and that she is also willing to make sacrifices for her love.

all that said, this is one of the best gender bender stories in this format out there, with leagues above most else. keep up the good work @A Rubber Ducky .
