I get that you're quoting the tag definitions but I've seen enough comments like this to know this is a controversial topic and not everyone in the community agrees with it.

I agree that w/e the artists intentions were doesn't matter, once it's released to the world it's up to the viewers to interpret the art however they desire, but a lot of the appeal of females with balls is the mystery of what might be under there. This allows both shemale and futa fans to interpret it the way they desire and enjoy the art.
