Released at the Gunreibu Shuho Reiwa Yonnen Shuuki (軍令部酒保 令和四年秋季) mid-size doujinshi/manga convention on September 25, 2022, at the Yokohama Sanbo Hall (Marineria) in the Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture. "Reiwa Yonnen" refers to date of the 4th year of the Reiwa era (id est 2022). Shuuhi refers to the season (Autumn). This fan convention is mostly about KanColle, but also covers garage kits as well as printed and digital maerial about general naval history AND highly specialized technical naval topics such as ship blueprints or technical booklets on equipment aboard naval vessels so non-otaku visitors do show up.
