yes sure one piece art is not crappy its one of the most stuning shonen ever made oda is an amazing artist the chara design are great the world design and variety is phenomenal probably the best at it with toriko. but the paneling became atrocious over the years the manga is really hard to read nowadays every pages are filled to the brim with crap and gigantic text buble i think this is why ppl are saying that one piece art is crap

Teh fuck are you talking about? Literally nobody says that One Piece art is crap.
I do get the panel complaint though. I don't agree with it personally, but reading OP from start to now, makes it clear that Oda's paneling work has changed drastically.
But still, the comment that ppl are saying that OP art is crap, is crap in itself.
