It's not really "low effort" but if you think so, then grab Novel AI or something and try it yourself. Views on quality is up to you, but AI Generation does take quite a lot to get right.

It actually does take more than you think. Need to learn how to train the AI or it comes out looking generic, not to mention it's basically rng on the generations that come out. That's something I need to improve on admittedly now that I looked into it way more. Also, noted on the eyes and body looking weird. Can try to improve that next time.
