Looks like the Plicy game (and firestorage download) are also a demo or r15 version that ends at about 30%. Pages after 205 appear to be from the iwara video. Was a full version ever released?

Since it is Live2D, the resource included within the game is just a texture map (body parts, pieces of clothing, etc.) on top of empty backgrounds. In the demo download, you can find it under wwwassetshino01mv.2048texture_00.png. I didn't see any non-demo r18 assets like those shown in the video.
