Let's just use F:"snake girl", for this galley and dump both m:snake and f:snake as those two were obviously intended to be used for non sentient snakes in ways that would evoke the bestiality tag.

Even though six eyes isn't as human as a lamia or gorgon, she is obviously sentient and anthropomorphized. She sits under the furry tag and doesn't involve bestiality so I feel like f:"snake girl", suits the situation best.
