Well the entire point of this scenario is that the girl retains her mind, so that's the same. As to what actually changed, her appearance, what with the seam lines and head decoration things, is the most obvious thing. If you want to go into other stuff, in the commission text I asked for her giving birth to feel good due to being a sexaroid. You want more then that, I don't really know any Deep Lore about how sexaroids work in this artists universe. Hell, pretty sure it varies.

Uh, in this case I think human though I do know the artist has said they think robots should birth robots. Think this one gets a pass because the girl wasn't turned into a sex slave or anything, actually a fairly normal couple, kinks aside. (And yes, I know that a pretty damn big aside in this case)

The painting is excellent, but the plot logic is really inexplicable
This story is like committing suicide for the sake of a boyfriend's hobby(;¬_¬)

The crux of the problem is that this author's setting is not the kind of modification like adding prosthetic limbs in general sci-fi works, but first disassembles all human organ parts (including the brain), and afterward replaces them with mechanical parts one by one. Logically, it's impossible to understand how these two different people (the original human and the transformed robot) still exist before and after the change.

As is always the case with this author's work, the dismantling is so complete that it's simply the logical equivalent of building a pure robot and implanting human memories (rather than a mind) and killing (dismantling) the original person before doing so

Still, the theme would be very interesting if the usual problems of the author could be set aside (a theme suggested by others)
If the story is about simply pretending to play or actually transforming or even transferring consciousness to a robot, then the story would be very interesting
