No, you can see how he has developed as an artist. It isn't AI. It does look like he has eyeballed and traced a lot of stuff though. My guess is that he used an AI on some pictures then traced the AI drew it, changing some stuff.

AI copies it's own lines when doing curves etc if you zoom in one the AI resembling art and look at those pixels, you will notice this is not the case here.

IRL, Mage actually married shimeta hiromitsu (a female artist that draws female Ranma). Donguri2 copies both of their styles.
