Those were artbooks for Ikazuchi no Senshi Raidy II ~Jain no Shinden~ (2007) and Ikazuchi no Senshi Raidy III ~Gyakushuu no Jashinkan~ (2012), that were given when pre-ordered. Since their contents are the same, save for additional scenes for Raidy III, I took the liberty of fusing them together (without removing anything). Please forgive me if this is annoying. (´・ω・｀)

Such processus always destroy the physical copy, but I think sometimes digital archiving is more important. ( ；∀；)
Now there is only one Raidy artbook left, but alas this one is very hard to find! I only saw some glimpses on auction sites, but it was too late... Please find some pictures here, along with some very rare Raidy artwork (that were advertising Raidy complete collection, before the Twitter account posting them was terminated).
