Considering the glasses girl was a girl from the very beginning of the story without any of the actual gender bending shown, the artist could have just as well come up with a more realistic plot about how the guy hadn't seen her for a long time and during which said time his childhood friend had undergone a sex change surgery. Just introducing a female character without any actual gender bending shown and then saying that it was a guy who recently turned into a girl is a bit pointless.

This is one of those cases where a lot is lost in translation. Specifically, the incongruity between how MC talks and the fact that he randomly turned into a girl. He talks like a guy in his 20's talking to his bros, but now he has a woman's body. The feeling of the language is not really translatable and it's a big part of the point of the story. Maybe that's why it feels like something's missing. If I were translating it, I might have tried to have MC use a lot more slangy bro-speak ("Dude...", "Bro...", etc.), but that would sound off too.

@Cryptnotic So, because this girl started off as a boy, she has the same behavior and mannerisms as a boy, Since we never saw any gender morphing this could as well have been a story about an extreme tomboy that tried acting more girly but kept much of her boyish behavior. Maybe the appeal is that the girl is acting like a "bro" (broadly speaking) yet sporting a nice pair of tits and a juicy pussy. That could be a new subgenre of porn: being friends with benefits with tombros with or without the TS stuff.
