Unfortunately you made the newbie mistake of using e-hentai's downscaled 1280 x 1807px resolution images for editing instead of the original 2000 x 2824px.

To download the original sized images stay away from aggregator sites like and nh and use either the torrent download (if available) or use the "Archive Download" link. (both found top right)
