We have two facts: goblin babies that Frieren birthed fucked Frieren, therefore the goblin race reaches sexual maturity quickly; and secondly, Frieren lives for far longer.

Thus the key to her escape is this: as generations of goblins fuck Frieren, who is their mother and grandmother and great-grandmother and so on and so forth, the genetic damage will catch up. Eventually the new goblin baby will be so genetically challenged it would barely survive and thus leaving a string of miscarriages to end the goblin line.

And thus, arising from pile of misshapen goblin babies and decrepit goblin geezers, will be Frieren the Slayer, now embedded and imbued with a severe hatred of goblins.
