Either Level Infinite or Shift-Up woke up to the reality that they are publishing/making a fan-service game, hence newer Nikkes/chara. skins start to show a lot more skin, enticing people to buy gems/battle passes. That's the problem with these f2p fan-service gacha games. They aren't coming from an established IP (i.e Fate>Fate Grand/Order) with iconic characters like Saber nor do they seem to care enough to make some form of stand-out quality (i.e Princess Connect with their gorgeous animations and characters) so the laziest thing to do in order to gain as much money as possible is boobs and asses.
