Hoo, boy. Blast from the past. I just recently unearthed the US volumes of this from storage. Someone must have colorized it because only the introductory pages of each volume were colored.

Suffice to say, this has been a fine nutting material since 2008, when I first read it after watching the anime.
It was a sumptuous feast of gore and barely covered female flesh…
…and that was about it.
The plot was bland, the enemies kinda boring…even the main characters seemed flat, and the plot twist and the ending seemed to be only there for the sake of existence.
A 5/10 at best for this manga, because “look how they massacred my boy” (better say it in your best Godfather imitation voice possible).
