Sadly it's the first chapter and you know that means the heroine is going to give in into lust, even more knowing who is the author of that story.

Author has been on a bad streak, his last work (the one about a succubus) bombed barely making 2000 copies sold and it took him almost to years to complete.
My guess it's he's trying to find a winning formula with just NTR so he's mixing NTR with popular genres without knowing why they're popular.
The succubus is popular because in hentai fiction they're pretty loyal, instead author made her a virgin who at the first dick she's already cheating on him, he even made a side character explain MC that dating a succubus will fail even if she's MC's childhood friend.
Mind control is popular yet the MC with powers still get cucked.
Then his work with a mangaka couple who gets NTR by another.

Those stories have one thing in common, that the male protagonists never find out so there's never a climax, just sex and end open making the build up of characters pointless.
Minoru should try drawing vanilla at least once because his NTR aren't making it worth the time and effort spent on them.
