I honestly have to agree with some of the others that brought it up as well:

The attempt to make it be a "wholesome" ending(which by the strictest definition, it is for a Netorase work) honestly feels like a massive game of gymnastics rather than actually being a wholesome ending and Fan did so much NTR, he basically lost the entire plot. Since most of the people here seem to think this kind of relationship is impossible in reality, I'll relay a personal experience.

It's not the first time I've seen something somewhat along these lines... but it's pretty rare for the reveal that the girl is an absolute total slut to happen right during the confession the way this does it.
