This is absolutely adorable. The siblings' dynamic feels close to the original story, Mahiro being a scared little virgin girl behind all his "experience", Mihari being a sweet, caring and supportive big (little) sister, generally in-character reactions, all the story chapter references, little details like her giving him little smooches while helping, the obvious but amusing punchline. Also, pleasant artstyle and great translation from the original manga's translator.
I love it and I hope there's more like this.

Everyone acts in-character that this feels like an official chapter. I'm pretty sure the "drugs" Mihari gave him were just some candy as placebo to retain his fear of "going poof" so he doesn't become a masturbation addict again.

@Saa-Chikou Mahiro and Mihari's sibling relationship is my favorite part of Onimai. The chapters that focus on those two are my favorite. It's very wholesome in a way you don't see in a lot of anime.
