I actually disagree that the nipple_fuck tag is accurate. You may argue that the tag includes "breasts" and not just nipples, but it does still require penetration and in my opinion deformation does not equal penetration, in other words there would have to be another orifice that is not the nipple that is used to penetrate the breast. At least that's the pedantic in me trying to find a way to dismiss this as being nipple_fuck. Like I said, pedantic, and whoever wrote the description might have meant for this to be included anyway.
